Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 pm (GMT, Irish time) are delivered within 1-3 working days. We strive to provide a fast turnaround on the dispatch of all orders, but during peak periods, dispatch times may be longer.
All orders for delivery within Ireland over €75 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY. For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of €7 applies. To orders in the UK and NI a standard delivery rate of €10 applies.

How can this help?
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which helps maintain a healthy immune system as it can help in inhibiting harmful oxidation reactions that can cause damage to cells in the body. It has a key role to play in the synthesis of collagen, important for the structure and maintenance of blood vessels, connective tissue and cartilage. Vitamin C converts iron sourced from plant sources (non-haem) into a more soluble form, making it easier to absorb, therefore having an important role in Iron absorption. It also has a key role in energy metabolism thus aiding in reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How to use:Â Chew ONE tablet daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
