Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 pm (GMT, Irish time) are delivered within 1-3 working days. We strive to provide a fast turnaround on the dispatch of all orders, but during peak periods, dispatch times may be longer.
All orders for delivery within Ireland over €75 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY. For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of €7 applies. To orders in the UK and NI a standard delivery rate of €10 applies.
We use DPD for all of our delivery services.
Payments
All of our web based transactions are processed through Elavon Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment through Elavon Payments use a 3D secure (3D secure is a method of transmitting information between two secure servers and helps to prevent online fraud) to securely transmit your credit card information. Our beloved Satin Silk Longwear concealer is finally BACK! This time with the same great formula but an improved packaging design. You may notice that we have increased the length of the packaging which after many many rounds of testing allows for a longer applicator, a cleaner wiping of formula and ultimately a leak-proof bottle for your makeup bag.
