Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 pm (GMT, Irish time) are delivered within 1-3 working days. We strive to provide a fast turnaround on the dispatch of all orders, but during peak periods, dispatch times may be longer.
All orders for delivery within Ireland over €75 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY. For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery charge of €7 applies. To orders in the UK and NI a standard delivery rate of €10 applies.

Description
Aya Evening Primrose Oil capsules contain 1000mg of evening primrose oil providing a high strength 10% GLA content. GLA is an omega 6 essential fatty acid that must be obtained from the diet.
Evening Primrose Oil (providing 10% GLA), Capsule Shell (gelatin, glycerin), Vitamin E (from soya).
Take one 1000mg capsule two or three times daily with food, or up to six 500mg capsules daily with food. Swallow with water.
